At this stage I am unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any of my items, however I am confident you will love your KP order as much as I did making it! I endeavour to provide a true representation of each item through my product photographs and by including details like measurements where necessary. Please ensure all of your contact details are correct at the time of placing your order, as I cannot take responsibility for address errors. In the case of a redelivery needing to occur, the customer will pay all additional postage fees.

All orders come packaged on individual backing cards, sealed inside colourful paper bags, making them perfect for gifting! All acrylic products are shipped in sturdy and protective cardboard mailers to prevent breakages. Smaller, more sturdy items (like enamel pins) are packaged in protective bubble-wrap mailers.

Where possible I have attempted to operate my retail business with sustainability in mind. While this is an evolving work in progress, I am proud to have implemented the following sustainable business practices:
- All backing cards are printed on recycled card stock using soy-based Risograph inks
- No plastic is used in my packaging with the exception of my range of drink stirrers (which come packaged in a plastic sleeve for hygiene purposes)
- As of November 2016 you will no longer receive a printed packing slip with your order – confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you via email
- Orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard mailers or bubble-wrap mailers (which can be recycled via soft plastic recycling facilities)
-  Working with laser-cut acrylic can produce a variety of offcuts. These are sent to a local facility here in Melbourne to be recycled into other acrylic products. I am working towards replacing the acrylic I currently use with 100% post-consumer recycled acrylic

I encourage all my customers to re-use or recycle their KP packaging. Soft plastics such as protective sleeves and bubble-wrap mailers can be recycled within Australia at most Coles or Woolworths stores as part of their soft plastic recycling scheme, and for international customers via similar soft plastic recycling programs overseas.

With a bit of TLC you can ensure that your Kitiya Palaskas items remain in great shape so you can enjoy them for years to come!

Laser-cut acrylic designs can be fragile. I would recommend storing any acrylic products separately to other accessories, jewellery, or make-up products to avoid breakage or surface scratching. A quick polish with a soft cloth will get rid of any smudges or fingerprints on your acrylic goodies or enamel pins.

Felt pennants are not washer-safe. You can gently ‘spot clean’ your pennants using a piece of masking tape to carefully remove dust and particles.

While all my embroidered patches come with iron-on adhesive backings, I would also suggest stitching them in place for extra durability. Or, try stitching only, so you can swap them to different garments whenever you want!
